Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • Tour dhal 1 cup


  • Gram dhal 1 cup


  • Moong dhal 1 cup


  • Ginger greated 1 inch


  • Salt 1 tsp


  • Termeric 1/2 tsp


  • Chopped Corriander 1 cup


  • Greated coconut 1 cup


  • Green chillis 4-6


  • Cooking oil 1 tsp


  • Water 1/2 liter


  • Asafetida 1 pinch


  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp

Directions

  • Keep all required ingredients ready
  • Wash and Soak dhals seperately using water upto one and half hours.
  • Strain excess water and grinde corasly using mixer jar
  • Transe corasly grinded dhals to vessel, add corriander, spring onions, salt, termeric, cumin seeds, coconut and ginger.
  • Mix everything well.
  • Make oval shaped balls from dhal mixture.
  • Greeze a plate with cooking oil and place dhal dumplings on it and steam in cooker for 10minutes on high flame and 05minutes on low flame. And turn off fire
  • Leave cooker for five minutes to cool down and open lid and transe steamed dhal dumplings to serving plate wand serve with green chutney
