Keep all required ingredients ready
Wash and Soak dhals seperately using water upto one and half hours.
Strain excess water and grinde corasly using mixer jar
Transe corasly grinded dhals to vessel, add corriander, spring onions, salt, termeric, cumin seeds, coconut and ginger.
Mix everything well.
Make oval shaped balls from dhal mixture.
Greeze a plate with cooking oil and place dhal dumplings on it and steam in cooker for 10minutes on high flame and 05minutes on low flame. And turn off fire
Leave cooker for five minutes to cool down and open lid and transe steamed dhal dumplings to serving plate wand serve with green chutney
